Living with arthritis can sometimes feel isolating, but you do not have to face it alone.
Support groups provide an opportunity to connect with others who understand the challenges of living with arthritis, share experiences and receive encouragement in a supportive environment.
Volunteer
Become an AFSA Champion
Volunteering with AFSA gives you an opportunity to make a difference by creating greater awareness of arthritis within your community.
Volunteers can assist with the distribution of educational and awareness material to clinics, hospitals, libraries and other public spaces throughout South Africa.
If you have time to give and share our commitment to reducing avoidable disability caused by late or missed arthritis diagnoses, we would love to hear from you.
